Vrikshbandhan was celebrated on campus with the aim of educating our young students about the significance of Mother Nature and the importance of protecting and preserving our environment.

As part of the celebration, our Crafts teachers, Mrs. A. Leelavati and Mrs. Manju Kiran Kujur, guided the students in handcrafting beautiful giant rakhis along with smaller ones to symbolise the special bond between humans and nature.

Our Principal, Father Vinod Fernandes, and Vice-Principal, Mrs. Jayanthi Sheshadri, graced the celebration with their presence and encouraged the students in their creative efforts and commitment towards environmental conservation.

The celebration was coordinated by Teacher Pubalee Bera, Programme Manager of Tarumitra, whose guidance and dedication helped make the occasion meaningful and memorable for our young environmental ambassadors.

Through Vrikshbandhan, the students were reminded that protecting trees and caring for nature is not merely a responsibility but a bond that we must nurture and cherish.
