Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are restricted to the Transactions related to LOYOLA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION only; primarily for the purpose of Cancellation of Registration for the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
Any Transactions made anytime, related to any sort of Donations, Contributions and/or Subscriptions are NOT Cancellable or Refundable. Donations & Contributions made on account of any Saturday Clinic and/or Medical Camps of LAA can always be extended or rescheduled in correspondence with the LAA Office.
Secondly, our Cancellation & Refund Policy is Applicable for PLATINUM JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS – REGISTRATION separately, in the following manner:
1. Post Registration and simultaneous Payment of Charges; Cancellation and Refund of Whole or Part of the Amount paid towards Registration, is allowed only till the 15th November, 2022.
2. After 15th November, 2022; No Cancellation or Refund will be entertained.
CANCELLATION WINDOW CLOSES ON 15th. NOVEMBER, 2022.
3. From 16th November, 2022 to 30th November, 2022; any Registered Member may Transfer his Registration Charges to some fellow LAA Member, Batch Mate or other Loyolean, who is interested to the Participate and is yet to Register.
4. However, in case of Transfer Option for any Fellow Member, any changes (Primarily Reduction) in the number of Participating Members (like Spouse/Children, etc.) will NOT BE ADJUSTED OR ACCOMODATED.
5. In case of Transferring Registration Charges by a Registered Member – Only 1(ONE) MEMBER will be Registered (With or Without the Spouse/Children, as per the initial Payment).
6. The Newly Registered (Transferred Member) can always Add On for – Spouse and Children with a separate additional Payment as per the mentioned rates, subject to prior approval from the LAA Office only TILL 30th NOVEMBER, 2022.
