Loyola School hosted its Annual English Elocution Contest, providing a vibrant platform for students to showcase their command of language, confidence, expression and oratory skills.
The competition highlighted the true essence of elocution—the ability to bring words to life through voice, expression, modulation and conviction. Students demonstrated not only clarity of speech but also their ability to interpret ideas, communicate effectively and establish a meaningful connection with the audience.
The contest featured three engaging categories—Declamation, Prose Piece and Extempore—each testing different aspects of public speaking and communication. The participants displayed remarkable confidence, spontaneity and expressive skills, making the competition both enriching and engaging.
The event was judged by a distinguished panel comprising Ms. Sharanjeet Suri, Ms. Shamita Ahuja, Ms. Victoria Prasad and Ms. Mitali Mascharak. The winners were felicitated with medals and certificates presented by the Principal, Vice-Principal and Coordinator.
