Loyola School organised an enlightening awareness session under the national initiative Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, in collaboration with representatives of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya. The programme focused on empowering students to make healthy, responsible and positive choices in their personal and social lives.
The school extended a warm welcome to Sister Priti, Sister Shweta and Brother Arun, who represented the Brahma Kumaris and conducted the session.
The interactive session addressed several issues of contemporary relevance, including substance abuse awareness, stress management, digital wellness, positive thinking and wise decision-making. The speakers highlighted the importance of developing emotional resilience, managing stress constructively and making conscious choices to stay away from addictive substances and unhealthy habits.
Students were also encouraged to reflect on their use of digital devices and adopt healthier digital practices. Through practical insights and engaging discussions, the speakers emphasised that positive thinking, self-discipline and responsible decision-making can play a significant role in building a balanced and fulfilling life.
The programme served as a meaningful reminder to the young Loyoleans that building a healthy, stress-free and addiction-free society begins with responsible choices made by individuals. Students were encouraged to carry the lessons of the session forward and contribute to the vision of a Nasha Mukt Bharat.
