An informative and engaging session on hygiene was held at the Fasy Auditorium for girl students of Classes 6 to 12 on April 28, 2026. The aim of the session was to help students understand the importance of both physical and mental well-being.

The guest speaker, Dr. Neelam Jain, a Consultant Radiologist with over 16 years of experience, was warmly welcomed. The Vice Principal, Mrs. Jayanthi Seshadri, presented her with a sapling, and the Coordinator, Mrs. Victoria Prasad, gave her a memento as a token of appreciation.

In her keynote address, Dr. Jain spoke about menstrual hygiene, hormonal changes, and the importance of mental health. She explained that true empowerment comes from being informed, healthy, and confident. She encouraged students to prioritize self-care, avoid unrealistic social expectations, and to ask for help whenever needed.

The session also included an interactive segment where students asked questions and cleared their doubts in a safe and supportive environment.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the Vice Principal, who expressed her gratitude to Dr. Jain for her valuable guidance and for creating a space where students felt comfortable sharing their concerns.

The session was both informative and meaningful, highlighting the importance of health, awareness, and confidence among young girls.
