The play follows Arjun, a student who expects respect, help, and kindness from others but does not show the same behavior himself. One day, he accidentally breaks Riya’s project and walks away without apologizing. Later, when he struggles with his own incomplete project, he realizes he needs help and turns to Riya. Although hurt, Riya chooses to forgive and help him.
This experience teaches Arjun an important lesson: to receive kindness, respect, and help, he must first give them to others. He decides to change his behavior.
The play ends with students sharing simple messages about giving before expecting—like helping, listening, forgiving, and respecting others—followed by the powerful message:
“It all starts with me first.”
The play ends with dance “Count on Me”.
Takeaway Message: The overall message emphasizes kindness, empathy, and the idea that our actions towards others shape how we are treated in return.
