Std. 5E:"Earth Day"

The students of 5 E conducted the assembly on the 24th of April' 25 to celebrate the Earth Day. 
 
The students spoke about what is Earth Day and why it should be celebrated. It was an effort to foster environmental awareness and responsibility among children. Planting trees, switching off lights and fans when not in use, turning off the taps after use, using car pools etc were some of the points discussed which can go a long way to save and protect our environment. 
 
The children presented saplings to Father Principal and to the Vice Principal.
