Std. 5B : “The Earth Day"

The students of Std 5B conducted the morning assembly on 24.04.24.

The topic was The Earth Day

The Earth Day is celebrated all over the world on 22nd April.

It is celebrated to raise awareness about environmental issues and to promote efforts to protect the Earth's natural resources.

The students spoke about the 3 R's and ways to conserve resources at their level.

For eg. Plant a sapling on your birthday, switch off lights , fans , smart boardand gadgets when not in use.

Donate old books, clothes etc.

Say no to plastic ,use jute or cloth bags.

Don't Litter- use dustbins.

They also put up a dance performance on Save Earth.
